ENFP description:

ENFP is a person who:

E (extraverted) — is energized by new events, actions, and people
N (intuitive) — likes to work with ideas and abstractions
F (feeling) — trusts feelings in making decisions
P (perceiving) — prefers freedom and unpredictability
ENFPs are kind, responsive, and focused on harmony and relationships with others. Communicative, not inclined to complain about life or fall into depression, Communicators are always open and like to talk about people and share plans. They are happy to discuss their own bold ideas and fantasies. ENFPs are inspired by the fact that they can achieve a lot in life by interacting with others and following their creative intuition.

Energy, strong charisma, and emotionality make ENFPs attractive to others. ENFP’s approach to life is creative. Communicators explore life and prefer to talk more about joy and happiness than about harsh facts, everyday life, and realities. ENFPs will not let anyone get bored, thanks to the ability to come up with something original and interesting to make the lives of others full, rich, and shining with all the colors of the rainbow. With them, even routine activities will seem like an amazing adventure.

Communicators show themselves as innovators and versatile personalities, focused on self-expression and the realization of their own potential. And at the same time, having excellent intuition, ENFPs are able to see in people their best qualities and always strive to help them open up.

ENFPs have artistic inclinations and interesting appearances. They are passionate, energetic, witty, and flexible. They strive to feel life as much as possible, living it truly and to the full. Nevertheless, Communicators often lack contact with reality and support on solid ground under their feet. Getting carried away with ideas, they can forget about solving pressing problems.

It will be useful for them to rely more on themselves and not to seek constant encouragement from outside.

Personal freedom and self-expression are very important to ENFPs, allowing them to pursue their dreams and bold ideas. ENFPs do not tend to focus on one thing for a long time. Usually, at any single point in time, they can be passionate about a lot of interesting projects. For this reason, others can perceive them as windy personalities. Communicators suffer from the fact that they cannot focus or finish the project that interested them a few days ago.

Communicators get attracted by changes. They are always open to new experiences and ready to try the unknown. The thirst for new things prevents ENFPs from remaining focused on one project until the very end. They realize that concentration is not their strong side and sometimes suffer from this understanding. If there is a person who is ready to help them get together and focus on one direction, they are greatly relieved. Communicators tend to experience the pleasure of the process. But only when they bring the business to its logical conclusion, they feel true satisfaction.

Communicators love changes and tend to shift their profession and line of work several times during their lives. But at the same time, they prefer to choose projects that correspond to their values.

ENFP strengths:

Idea generators. When it comes to creating something new, ENFPs are second to none. For the most part, Communicators are busy thinking up ideas that spring into their heads and keep them busy. They are excellent and tireless researchers, open to new opportunities and creative insights that allow them to work in a multitasking mode.

A vision of prospects. ENFPs have a vivid ability to see the whole picture in perspective. Powerful visionaries, they look ahead and predict future consequences.

Excellent at communication. ENFPs are very well aware of the needs of others and are focused on interaction. They are constantly in contact with other people, sharing their ideas and developing relationships. Interacting with ENFPs is nice and easy.

Flexibility. ENFPs easily adapt to changes, come up with new ways to solve problems, and are focused on finding a way out of any difficult situation.

Creativity. ENFPs adore creative tasks. In any process, they bring novelty. With them, even boring, familiar things will seem amazing and exciting.

Energy. Unstoppable internal energy is the hallmark of Communicators. They spread this energy like light to everyone and everything with whom or with what they interact. They are very bright, incendiary, charismatic individuals.

Support. Communicators know how to praise people and notice their successes. If necessary, they find the right words to encourage people and help them regain faith in themselves.

The ability to guess people's thoughts and feelings. ENFPs have developed intuition. They are extremely insightful and understand what drives people and how best to interact with them.

What will be useful for ENFP to learn:

Stable self-esteem. Communicators tend to get upset when they feel underestimated. They lose their ability to focus on the task when they don't get the admiration they want.

Tolerance to routine procedures. Monotonous activity irritates ENFPs. They avoid repetition and monotony in every possible way.

The ability to put ideas into practice. ENFPs do not tend to pay attention to the practical side of the issue. They are more interested in generating new ideas. At the same time, they do not think about how to practically apply the results of their ingenious solutions. Due to the lack of detailed elaboration, some ideas remain only beautiful fantasies on paper.

Self-organization and the ability to keep the focus. ENFPs do not like to dive into the details, and therefore it is difficult for them to maintain a responsible timeframe. They underestimate the amount of work, and as a result, they spend much more time than they expected.

Attention to detail. ENFPs can neglect details, preferring a general vision and strategy. They are more interested in ideas and theoretical solutions than in practical, everyday matters. They can easily come up with a perfect plan of action, but they can't put it into practice.

Not daydreaming. Communicators constantly believe in the best. Because of this quality, they can hold on to doomed relationships or engage in a pre-failed business. They need to learn to give up what will not do any good.

Accept criticism. ENFPs are very empathetic natures. Any criticism in their direction can be very upsetting and even hurtful to them. They are also not good at giving negative feedback to others.
