ENFJs work well in a team and usually show themselves as responsive colleagues and reliable partners. They are happy to take on large plans, generate ideas, set goals, and find methods to achieve the task. At the same time, they try to complete the project quickly, without breaking the deadlines. Unfinished situations weigh them down. By structuring their time to interact with other people, Mentors may lose sight of personal interests. ENFJ personality types should try to keep the necessary balance and find time for solitude and focus on desires and needs.

Mentors are ambitious, but their ambitions are selfless. They are driven by a personal responsibility to make the world better. On the other hand, Mentors may be too altruistic and sensitive. When ENFJs are involved in other people's problems, they are unable to detach themselves and can become depressed.

What will be useful for ENFJ to learn:

Ability to delegate. ENFJs try to keep everything under control. It is difficult for them to ask for help and delegate tasks. They tend to do everything themselves and often waste their energy.

Don't idealize people. Mentors are sometimes over idealistic and make every effort to achieve their ideals. They idealize relationships, people, and situations. When expectations do not correspond to reality, they are very disappointed.

Ability to protect yourself. ENFJs are sensitive and emotional people who are easily offended or disappointed. Excessive emotionality makes them imbued with the problems of other people, and they forget about themselves. In an effort to help others, Mentors often avoid solving their own problems.

Separate work and relationships. Mentors can get too caught up in solving relationship problems and lose sight of the main purpose of the work.

Do not suppress your interlocutor. ENFJs are very proactive and energetic. They enjoy talking, drawing attention to themselves, and acting. However, at times they forget about the interests of their opponent.

Ability to work with people for whom feelings don't matter. ENFJs put relationships first and are antipathetic to people who care little about the feelings of others. Sometimes, however, it is important to take a more pragmatic approach to work.

Don't take responsibility for other people. Mentors need to let others make their own choices and learn from their mistakes.
